Job Description
LearnUpon is seeking a Staff Engineer, DevOps to join our Engineering team in Dublin. This is a flex role, working 1 day per week from LearnUpon's Dublin office. The successful candidate will shape the DevOps architecture of our best-in-class LMS, influence our technical strategy, and elevate the skills of our entire engineering organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of exceptional DevOps/SRE experience
- Deep focus on containerized environments
- Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure, especially AWS
- Strong experience working with Kubernetes and Helm charts
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Expertise in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Track record of mentoring and elevating the skills of other engineers
