Senior Project Manager

Ledcor is hiring a Senior Project Manager to assist in the delivery of large-scale, multidisciplinary projects that make a lasting impact on communities. The role requires 8+ years of experience working on large-scale projects, a post-secondary education in civil engineering or a related field, and proficiency in project management tools.

Requirements

• Review project contracts to understand requirements including timelines, budget, safety, quality, staffing, materials, and equipment needs.
• Liaise and coordinate with designers, technical teams, and clients on all technical aspects.
• Develop and implement execution plans detailing construction staging, workplans, materials, subcontracting, and equipment needs.
• Oversee project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule goals, taking proactive steps to mitigate risks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including managing expectations, progress reports, and communication.
• Implement and monitor safety programs.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports.
