2026 Camp Counselor Aide (Seasonal Position)

LEEP Dual Language Academy Charter School is seeking energetic, reliable, and caring Associate Camp Counselor to support our K-5 program. This is a temporary seasonal employee position responsible for assisting with daily operations, student supervision, enrichment activities, and transitions throughout the school day.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must successfully pass a fingerprinting background check (fees covered LEEP)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled hours consistently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Comfortable supervising groups of children in a fast‐paced environment
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to student safety
