Equity Research Associate – Immunology

This role is an Equity Research Associate - Immunology position in the Equity Research department, working closely with senior equity research professionals to assist in preparing and executing analyses of therapeutic areas, novel biopharmaceutical products, individual companies, and their securities.

Requirements

• Formulate in-depth investment recommendations based on fundamental analysis, valuation and risk assessment of a diverse range of companies
• Collect and rigorously analyze data related to therapeutics and various diseases, including scientific papers, clinical data, and prescription trends
• Draft market research surveys and synthesize results into targeted insights
• Interview company executives and medical/industry consultants to develop and maintain sources of information in preparation of analyses
• Build, update and maintain financial models
• Leverage scientific and financial mindset in writing research reports and notes on companies for distribution to the Leerink Partners' sales force and institutional clients
• Answer inquiries from internal firm personnel and external clients
• Support senior equity research professionals by attending events of special interest
