Job Description
The cook is responsible for preparing all food items, based on standardized recipes, for all F&B outlets, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Inspect all kitchen surfaces to ensure safety and sanitation
- Season and cook food according to recipes
- Prep all ingredients for scratch kitchen
- Clean and maintain station in good safety and sanitation
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
