Chief Finance Officer - Personal Injury Law Firm

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key executive partner to the Managing Partner and leadership team of our U.S.-based law firm. The CFO will provide enterprise-level financial direction, drive long-term business strategy, and ensure the firm’s fiscal health and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 13–15 years of progressive finance experience
• CPA (U.S.) strongly preferred
• Expertise in financial strategy, FP&A, capital management, and audit oversight
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel modeling
• Strong executive presence, influencing skills, and business acumen
