Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing both marketing and operations teams
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in Personal Injury law or legal marketing
- Deep fluency with digital marketing platforms
- Proven success in managing intake performance and lead conversion in a high-volume environment
