The Head of Marketing will lead all efforts to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable client acquisition. This person will create full-funnel marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing leadership, preferably in legal, BPO, or professional services.
- Proven track record of full-cycle campaign success across both traditional and digital channels.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, paid media, CRM/email automation, lead nurturing, conversion funnels, and performance marketing.
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google My Business (GMB), Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel/Sheets, and SQL.
- Automation experience using Zapier.
- Strong command of performance metrics (CAC, CPL, LTV, etc.) and dashboarding tools (Looker Studio or equivalent).
- Ability to work autonomously and execute campaigns directly.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
