Property Damage Specialist/Adjuster

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Property Damage Claims Adjuster to join our law firm. This role requires extensive expertise in evaluating and managing property damage claims, preferably gained from insurance companies or claims-handling environments.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a Property Damage Claims Adjuster, Insurance Adjuster, or similar role handling property damage claims
• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required for strong experience)
• Strong understanding of property insurance policies, adjusting procedures, and claims workflows
• Proven ability to evaluate damages, prepare accurate estimates, and negotiate settlements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for clients
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with estimating tools such as Xactimate is a plus
