Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Property Damage Claims Adjuster to join our law firm. This role requires extensive expertise in evaluating and managing property damage claims, preferably gained from insurance companies or claims-handling environments.
Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive investigations of property damage claims, assessing causation, scope of loss, and overall impact.
- Review and analyze documentation, photos, repair estimates, and supporting evidence.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters, ensuring fair valuation and appropriate interpretation of policy coverage.
- Partner with attorneys, case managers, and other internal teams to support legal strategy and strengthen case outcomes.
