Requirements

• Assist in the implementation of Legence's HR strategies and initiatives
• Partner with the HRBP and TA team in the recruitment and selection process
• Support the performance management and development of employees
• Manage the maintenance of HR records and files
• Keep up to date on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
