Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• Interest in manufacturing processes and production environments
• Willingness to be hands-on and work in a shop-floor setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
