Join the LEGO team in our Kladno factory and contribute to making sure children can play. The role involves operating and managing production lines and machines, ensuring quality and safety, and working in a team on shifts. Operating and managing production lines and machines, setting up, adjusting, and ensuring their smooth operation. Responsibility for quality and safety, adhering to processes for safe and efficient production. Teamwork on shifts, including 12-hour shifts with 2-day and 2-night shifts, followed by 4 days off.
You have a communicative knowledge of Czech, are comfortable with the production environment and teamwork, and are willing to learn new things and participate in changes in production. You are reliable, and you want to contribute to the success of our team.
