Cycle Counter

Role Overview

Perform cycle counts in the production and warehouse to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy. Assist in developing solutions for inventory discrepancies and support material identification and storage activities.

What You Will Do

Perform inventory counts, research discrepancies, and provide process improvements. Drive forklift or material handling equipment as needed and ensure thorough and effective communication with internal personnel.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to follow directions and follow a process map
• Ability to safely operate forklift, hand truck, tape gun, and other warehouse equipment
• Prior experience in warehouse/distribution environment
• Prior forklift certification or experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes
• Ability to identify basic process improvements
• Possess understanding of the KANBAN process
• Possess understanding of basic LEAN principles
