Application Support Engineer

The Application Support Engineer will join a collaborative, technically curious team supporting and improving critical applications in a Linux-based environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a production environment
• Experience supporting applications on Linux/Unix systems, or strong foundational knowledge with a desire to work in Linux environments every day
• Understanding of networks, protocols, and diagnostic tools used in application support
• Ability to use scripting or automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• A working understanding of how applications are built, deployed, supported, and improved across their lifecycle
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
