Journeyman Cloud Operations Engineer

This is a Journeyman Cloud Operations Engineer position that requires experience in cloud operations engineering and supporting cloud environments. The role involves working with government partners, engineers, and industry teammates to deliver, enhance, and adopt enterprise data and analytics products used across multiple DoD organizations.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline and 4–8 years of relevant experience
• At least one of the following foundational qualification pathways consistent with DoD 8140 requirements
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud operations engineering or related field
• Experience supporting cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or system administration functions
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, and private cloud platforms
• Experience performing system monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration management tasks
• Experience working with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience developing and deploying systems via Infrastructure as Code
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
