Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in high voltage electric utility transmission systems
• Expertise in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE
• Engineer In Training (EIT) certification
• Strong communication and business acumen skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Passion for mentoring and developing staff
