Proposal Manager

Leidos is looking to grow its proposal team by adding successful Principal Proposal Managers with experience in large Federal proposals. The ideal candidate will lead the proposal development process, establish compliant structure, and collaborate with executives and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of related Federal proposal experience
• Experience leading proposals valued at more than $50 million for a single award
• Comprehension of, and experience with, the Federal procurement process and regulations (e.g., FAR)
• Evidence of a successful track record of high quality, high scoring proposals
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing, editing, graphic design, and other relevant proposal best practices
• Ability to manage geographically disparate teams
