Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

This role involves operating, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure environments, providing operational system administration and deployment support across multiple cloud platforms, and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation for cloud provisioning and configuration management.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
• 8–12 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in a related field and 6–10 years of relevant experience
• Current DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification or equivalent training and experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cloud operations engineering or related field
• Experience operating and maintaining cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience performing system administration in secure DoD or Federal environments
• Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
• Experience working with containerized environments
• Experience supporting DevSecOps pipelines and automated deployment workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
