Leidos is seeking a Test Engineering Specialist to support its Electronics Manufacturing Facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical and electronic assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- BS degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Masters degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant work experience
- Experience with mechanical and electronic assembly, and testing to include ICT, Functional
- Ability to set up standard or automated test equipment to conduct functional, operational, environmental, and life tests
- Analysis of test results and repair or adjust assemblies according to analysis
- Experience working with design engineers, test engineers, and manufacturing engineers
- Computer skills associated with assembly tasks, including proficiency in using corporate production control processes
- Basic experience reading mechanical assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and other manufacturing documentation
- Technical knowledge and skills in troubleshooting down to the electronic component level of simple to medium complexity electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of RF test equipment such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Data Error Analyzers, RF generators, etc.
- U.S Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
