UiPath RPA Developer

The Intelligent Automation team at Leidos is seeking a Remote UiPath RPA Developer with experience in UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development. This role supports the design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across the organization.

Requirements

• Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath-based automation solutions
• Participate in process discovery and requirements gathering with internal teams and customers
• Contribute to solution design discussions and provide technical input on automation approaches
• Implement appropriate exception handling, logging, and monitoring
• Deploy and manage automations using UiPath Orchestrator (On-Prem & Automation Cloud), including scheduling and troubleshooting
• Create and maintain process and technical documentation (PDDs, SDDs, user guides)
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities
• Manage assigned work with minimal supervision while collaborating closely with the broader automation team
• Stay current with automation, AI, and low-code technologies and recommend incremental improvements
