
Job description
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead / Manager to build, lead, and scale our quality assurance function. In this role, you will oversee a team of QA Engineers and Analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable fintech products.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers and analysts, including performance reviews, career development, and day-to-day support. Define and execute the QA strategy across manual and automated testing, aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
You will be a strong leader with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You will have experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role, and strong experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
