Role Overview

Lennox is hiring Assemblers and Machine Operators for its factory in Marshalltown, IA. The role involves assembling units or fabricated parts under direct supervision. Tasks are routine and repetitive, and individuals must be able to work well with others, work overtime, and have good attendance.

What You Will Do

Assemble and install parts by hand, powered tools, or other specialized equipment. Package materials, parts, and products. Measure and cut insulation. Apply glue, wraps, and secure insulation.
