Senior Process Engineer

As a Senior Process Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for process development, integration, and sustaining activities for infrared wafer-level vacuum packaging. This role involves maintaining yields, managing material flow, process documentation, and troubleshooting fabrication processes internal to DRS as well as those of external suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in an applicable engineering field with 5+ years applicable engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)
• Able to work in Class 100 Clean Room for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of solvent clean and wet etch practices
• Experience with hermetic microelectronics packaging
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and statistical analysis
