As a Project Engineering Lead, you will manage a multi-disciplined team tasked with the design and development of complex test solutions for the Radar and Advanced Targeting sector. You will work closely with the Project Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer, and Project Manager to provide leadership and delivery of new test solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain a positive working relationship across all internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience of leading a team of Test System design engineers
- Strong leadership competency while demonstrating team working skills
- Knowledge of a typical Engineering lifecycle process and business processes
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Experience communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with electronic systems design and operation
- Familiarity of Software, Hardware, Firmware and integration
