Requirements
- Provide comprehensive advice to the inhabitant, in their field of action, with the objective of achieving the satisfaction and loyalty of the same.
- Advise the inhabitant, through the appropriate channel at each moment, with the objective of offering him the products/services that best suit his needs.
- Attend to the inhabitant with diligence and resolve the incidents and doubts that may arise during the sales process, personalizing and offering positive shopping experiences.
- Detect business opportunities in all interactions with the inhabitant, and take advantage of them always taking into account the criteria of margin and profitability for Leroy Merlin, preparing the budgets and orders associated, and carrying out a follow-up of the same.
- Offer the inhabitants the most adapted services to the sales solution, such as installation, financing, and home delivery among others, managing payments at the point of sale when the occasion allows.
- Perform the administrative management of post-sale services in order to provide a suitable service to the inhabitant.
