Job Description
The Administrative Agent will provide high-quality customer service to all YMCA clients, supervise camper and visitor arrival and departure procedures, and perform various administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and flexibility.
Requirements
- Ability to identify client needs through active listening
- Capacity to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Intermediate proficiency in English
