Job Description
Be the Spark: we're looking for a Head Chef to lead our food services team at Camp YMCA Kanawana. You'll manage logistics, recruit and supervise staff, and develop menus that meet our high standards.
Requirements
- Vocational diploma in cooking (DEP)
- Valid MAPAQ certification
- At least three years of experience as a chef and supervisor in food services
- Experience in large-scale meal production
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Passion for working with youth in a summer camp and outdoor center setting
- Availability to work flexible hours
- No criminal record related to employment
