As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the revenue performance, retention, and long-term success of a portfolio of strategic event organizer partners. You'll operate as a technical and strategic advisor, helping organizers grow their events, optimize operations, and extract maximum value from Let's Do This.
Own Commercial Performance & Retention, AI-First Account Management, Strategic & Technical Advisory, Industry Leadership & Relationship Building, Drive Product Adoption & Value, Cross-Functional Leadership, Event & Onsite Presence
4+ years in Technical Account Management, Strategic CS, or similar roles, Proven experience owning revenue, retention, or expansion targets, Strong technical fluency (APIs, integrations, data flows), Excellent stakeholder management (including C-level)
