Job description
As an Applications Developer, you will analyze, develop and deploy innovative information/software systems and capabilities to enhance the federal capabilities to collect, produce, and disseminate intelligence. You will participate in team environments via structured development lifecycles and have the opportunity for hands-on research and exploration of leading-edge commercial technologies.
Typical responsibilities include analyzing and defining local and/or enterprise information system requirements, performing system/application design, developing capability prototypes, developing and implementing operational information systems, and conducting unit and integration testing of application modules.
This position requires experience in programming languages, DevOps concepts, database platforms, and familiarity with multiple hosting platforms. Desired experience includes big data concepts, application architecture, and software as a service platforms development.
