Support

The Support/Expeditor is responsible for reviewing and expediting guest orders, managing takeout and delivery orders, and maintaining quality and consistency in both flavor and presentation.

Requirements

• Review and understand all guest orders
• Distinguish between guest facing counter pickup window and Taproom orders
• Communicate effectively to both front of house and back of house teams
• Keep all materials for takeout/delivery and dining organized
• Build a knowledge of all food menus and established standards
