Job Description
The HR Specialist provides professional-level support in all areas of human resources for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa. The role is responsible for employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, coordinating HR compliance activities, and managing the relationship with the PEO.
Requirements
