Requirements

• Proactive payroll professional with strong operational and analytical skills
• Experience in payroll operations, ideally with multi-country exposure
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
• Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset
