Summer 2026 Teen Camp Counselor (6-8th Grade)

The Teen Camp Counselor is responsible for providing for the social, emotional and educational needs of each camper and the group as a whole during the camp season. The counselor will plan, conduct and supervise recreational activities, supervise campers, and interact with parents.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age or older preferred
• Camping and/or leadership experience
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with children
• Good character and integrity
• The desire to work with middle schoolers in a day-camp setting
• Commitment to building a safe, Teen-focused community
