Data Analyst II

Role Overview

This role performs moderate data management and analysis activities within a defined data domain, supporting business and technical stakeholders. You will work closely with data sources and internal partners to research, validate, and analyze data, helping to improve data quality and usability. The role emphasizes problem solving, collaboration, and continuous learning in a data‐driven environment.

What You Will Do

Support business teams through data analysis and research activities, modify and run pre‐designed queries, produce basic data statistics, and investigate and track data issues.

Requirements

• Experience working in data management or data analysis with demonstrated analytical capability
• Practical experience using query or development languages such as SQL, UNIX/Linux, XML, HPCC, or similar tools
• Experience working with multiple data types and formats, including XML and flat or delimited files
• Ability to analyze data and link facts to form clear, meaningful conclusions
• Strong attention to detail, including effective proofreading and data validation skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies
• Strong research and problem‐solving skills
