ServiceNow Software Engineer Lead wanted to lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow Software Engineers, designing and developing scalable solutions across ITSM and ITAM, including HAM Pro and SAM Pro, with a focus on technical leadership, platform engineering, and solution design.

Requirements

• Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Proven experience leading or mentoring ServiceNow developers
• Demonstrated expertise in JavaScript and Glide API
• Experience designing and maintaining CMDB data models and reconciliation rules
• Strong understanding of CSDM
• Experience building custom applications (scoped/global)
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments
