As a Business Development Manager at LexisNexis, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new customers, engaging senior decision makers, and positioning AI-led solutions that solve real business problems.
Requirements
- 3â5 yearsâ B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on new business acquisition
- Background in SaaS, software, legal, compliance, professional services or similar
- AI Fluency and have strong understanding of the business benefits of AI (preferred)
- Proven success consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing the full sales cycle end-to-end
- Strong prospecting, qualification and closing skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders in a consultative sales environment
- Excellent communication and presentation capability
- CRM experience (Salesforce exposure highly regarded)
- A genuine hunter mindset â driven, resilient and motivated by results
