Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven strategies, conduct experiments on large datasets to evaluate the feasibility, results, and performance of NLP& LLM. This role requires a strong expertise in statistical modeling, LLM, RAG, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, LLM, RAG, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
