HEAD, COMPLIANCE

Head of Compliance position in a Closed Pensions Fund Administrator (CPFA) promoting control consciousness and ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and practices. Responsibilities include adherence to approval limits, monitoring of payments, production of accurate invoices and statements, and minimization of credit risks.

Requirements

• First degree with minimum 2nd Class Lower class or its equivalent
• Degree in numerate or semi- numerate disciplines such as Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Law and Business Administration
• Working experience in the Financial Sector
• ACA, ACCA, ICMA, CIBN, CIS, CFP or CFA and other relevant professional qualification from reputable organizations
• Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which at least 8 years must have been in the Financial Services Sector and 4 years of top/senior management position
• Candidates are expected to exhibit professionalism, communication skills, Leadership Skills, Objectivity and independence, proven ability to build and maintain relationship at all levels. Self motivation and managerial ability
