Job Description

Requirements
- Repair rental inventory, school account instruments and customer repairs
- Provide great customer service via phone, written and face-to-face interaction
- Order repair parts and supplies
- Accurate completion of all repair paperwork
- Maintain technical knowledge on tools and techniques
- Maintain safe, clean and efficient working conditions
