
Job description
The Integration Services team is responsible for integrations with customers and partners of accounting packages. As our new Integration Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact within our enthusiastic team, providing first-line support for questions about integrations with external software applications.
You will help, advise, and support users every day in exporting and delivering accounting files, but also in importing and linking time registration files. You will work with your team to create up-to-date manuals and documentation, and write various messages and announcements to your colleagues in the offices.
You will work together with your team to configure software applications and help with setting up new integrations. You will suggest improvements for software applications based on your built-up expertise.
