Liberty Community Programs is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst to support our organizationâs commitment to excellence in delivering high-quality services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in healthcare administration, psychology, social services, quality assurance, or a related field
- Minimum 2â3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, auditing, or related work in behavioral health, SUD or developmental disability services
- Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards such as DDS, TJC, CARF, or similar bodies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data review, reporting, and interpreting quality metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and quality management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
