• Leading on data privacy & GDPR compliance
• Overseeing Consumer & Marketing matters
• Drafting commercial agreements
• Providing contract interpretation and dispute support
• Company secretariat activities
• Overseeing trade mark portfolio
• Supporting on M&A activity
• Supporting on compliance activities
