Job Description
Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I to manage the maintenance operations for a multi-family military residential community. The successful candidate will supervise and direct Service Technicians, Groundskeepers, and Housekeeping personnel in the repair and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, plumbing, cleaning, and maintaining of grounds and common areas.
Requirements
- 2 years of related experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience (property management experience preferred)
- HVAC and EPA certifications preferred
- Advance level of understanding and experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, and appliance repair
