Service Coordinator - Admiral Hartman District

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Coordinator to assist with the resident move in/move out process and ensure timely completion of service requests and work orders. The role requires strong customer interaction and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and prioritize duties.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in residential property management or customer service role
• Prior work with vendors or ordering services (appliances, plumbing, electrical)
• Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
