Job Description
The Underwriting Support - Account Analyst role is responsible for supporting the underwriting team in managing new and renewal business accounts, gathering and entering critical information, conducting initial analyses, and ensuring timely and accurate processing throughout the policy lifecycle.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education (Bachelors, Diploma etc.) and/or at least 2 years of related work experience
- Experience working with P&C or Specialty policies
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
- Industry recognized designation (i.e., CIP)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and documentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize various projects/assignments in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
