Project Manager, USRM Software Product Operations

Role Overview

Leads AI enablement for Product Owners within USRM's Software Product Operations Team, accountable for making AI practical in day-to-day PO work. Owns the AI Office Hours program, PO-facing AI repository, and change management needed to drive sustained adoption.

What You Will Do

Partner with Product Management, Tech/tool owners, and early adopters to identify high-friction PO workflows and surface relevant AI solutions. Curate and maintain PO-facing guidance mapped to Product Development Lifecycle phases.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations, program/project management, or product management in a software setting
• Proven record of cross-functional enablement
• Hands-on, confident daily user of enterprise AI tools
• Experience with Product Delivery Lifecycle practices and workflow
• Strong facilitation and change management skills
• Excellent communication and content curation skills
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence (or equivalents)
• Experience managing others indirectly or directly through project work
