We expect higher education, IT knowledge, and proficiency in Lithuanian and English. Requirements

• Higher or higher education
• Knowledge of Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
• Work experience in an IT support center (preferably)
• ITIL certification (preferably)
• Proficiency in Lithuanian language and knowledge of English (B1 level)
• Initiative, willingness to improve, and independence
