Requirements
- Higher education (preferably in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or economics)
- Experience in sales or business development in the logistics/transport/expedition sector
- Successful experience in actively searching for and attracting new B2B customers (especially in the Baltic countries and Western Europe)
- Experience in collaborating and negotiating with C-level managers
- Strong experience in project management in logistics or supply chain management
- Ability to analyze business processes in detail and prepare business cases
- Good negotiation, presentation skills
- Fluent Lithuanian and English skills
- Willingness to travel frequently (meetings, exhibitions, customer visits)
- Independence, initiative, and orientation to results
- Good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and ability to prepare professional presentations
