TMGM is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to partner with business teams to translate requirements into clean data solutions and decision-ready metrics, design and build Power BI dashboards, and leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive BI work.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in data analysis / BI / analytics roles, with at least 2 years in a Senior IC capacity
- Strong SQL — multi-table joins, window functions, CTEs, aggregations, and comfortable with performance tuning on large fact tables
- Hands-on Power BI at a production level — dashboard design, data modelling (star schema), DAX, RLS, and semantic model governance
- Strong business acumen — you connect numbers to real-world outcomes, not just chart them
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder management from analyst to C-level
- Strong execution and an ownership mindset — you close loops, push decisions through to action, and measure impact
